Tip To Help You Reduce Stress
Here is a quick tip to help you to reduce stress during the day.
Spend about 5 minutes before you go to bed the night before and write yourself out a schedule for the day. Make sure you schedule in about an hour for yourself.
Taking time for yourself is one of the best things you can do to reduce stress.
I also like to jot down some exact times that I will be doing something. For ex: from 6:00PM until 7:00PM is forum posting time. 7:00-7:15 is break time and time to stretch and refresh the brain.
Putting everything you need to do into a schedule will help you to get the task done and no need to worry about it later.
