Keeping track of what you are doing or where you are when you start to experience panic attacks will help you to deal with them, and avoid them.
If you start to panic, feel like you’re losing control, experience hot or cold flashes, and have an increased heart rate, chances are your experiencing an anxiety attack.
Other signs of panic attacks are difficulty breathing, nausea, numbness or cold hands, and the feeling like you just don’t feel right are also signs of a panic attack.
Anxiety attacks can be scary, but knowing what they are will help you get through them.
