Lets take a minute today and talk about how your house lighting can affect your mood.
Here is Minnesota when there is only 8 hours of daylight in the winter time, your mood can start getting pretty crappy. It is cold, dark and not much for fresh air coming into the house.

Some things you can do around the house to help overcome seasonal depression is to keep curtains open to let the natural light in.
