Posted by Dave on March 4, 2010

I interviewed Dr. Todd Snyder from Social Anxiety Secrets. In this Interview Dr. Snyder tells all when it comes to overcoming Social Anxiety. Dr. Todd Snyder – Is a fellow anxiety sufferer who has personally battled Social Anxiety and is a doctor of psychology who has overcome social anxiety and specialized in the treatment of social anxiety and excessive shyness in his full-time private clinic.

Some of the things you will learn from Dr. Snyder are:

* Developing a reward-centered mindset when battling social anxiety or panic attacks
* Finding your “nuclear material” to power your efforts to overcome the traps anxiety creates.
* How to obliterate social anxiety, instead of learning how to “manage” it.
* The reason your brain causes you to freeze or panic when you know it doesn’t “make sense” to be afraid.
