5 Minutes A Night Can Change Your Magnetism

Today I find myself short on time and slightly stressed. I do have a great tip that came to me during my teleseminar tonight though.

A quick and easy way to start changing your negative beliefs to positive beliefs is to grab a pen and paper and just write down 5 things that you are grateful for. It does not matter how big or small. You could be grateful that you have a pen and paper.

The main thing is that be writing down these 5 things you are grateful for every day you will slowly shift your alignment (attraction) to positive things.

Do it for one month and see what happens. How did your life change? How is your attitude? How do you feel?

5 Minutes a night really can change your life…

Reduce Anxiety And Stress Help

I thought I would just do a quick post today as I am very short on time.

I want to explain to you a little bit about my teleseminar that I am doing with the Country’s leading anxiety and stress health coaches and authors.

Reduce Anxiety And Stress With A Massage

Today is my favorite day of the month :-) Why is that? Today is the day that I treat myself to a one hour massage. I have a massage every month as my treat to help with reducing anxiety and stress.

With all of the work I have been doing with my teleseminar and my other projects, I was starting to build up a little tension in my upper back by my shoulder blades and neck. I had a very nice massage with hot and cold stones and some very relaxing music. The massage table was heated, the oil was heated and I could just feel the stress melting away minute by minute.

I would highly suggest that if you have the means, Find a good massage therapist in your area and treat yourself at least once a month.

You have nothing to lose, except your stress :-)

This is my monthly reward for working so hard and I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere…
